At The Grain Studio, we breathe new life into wood, crafting unique pieces of custom furniture. Our
collection continues to evolve, showcasing a wide array of contemporary designs and one-of-a-kind furniture

Our journey, beginning as a humble father-and-son endeavour, was fueled by a shared passion for extraordinary
and contemporary wooden craftsmanship. This passion has since blossomed into a successful business. Co-founder
AJ Sousa has been recognized in the Woodworking Network's 40 Under 40 Class of 2022 - a testament to our
impact on the North American wood products industry.
Our mission is clear: we transform sustainably sourced wood into functional, captivating furniture pieces that
spark conversations. We locally source all of our wood from Canadian arborists and ensure that no piece goes
to waste. Our creations range from elegant custom epoxy dining tables to floating platform beds and live edge
wood office furniture; each product we create is a piece of art.

The cutting board is rustic and has little touches of character to it. It is absolutely beautiful!
